Rob Hale

Rob grew up in Montrose and Fort Collins, CO. He attended Dark Horse Recording institute in 2014 and worked as audio engineer thereafter. He leads our team of volunteers in the Tech and Media department. He loves farming with his family, hiking, camping, fishing and reading. He’s been staff at Crossroads since 2024.
